Job Description
Mykonos Brunch Club — the #1 rated restaurant in Mykonos Town on TripAdvisor — is looking for a talented and motivated Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team for the 2026 season (April–October).
You will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality brunch dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working closely with the kitchen team, you will help maintain MBC’s reputation as the island’s most sought-after daytime dining destination.
Key duties include mise en place preparation, executing brunch service to the highest standard, maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols, and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a brunch or all-day dining concept
• Strong knowledge of egg-based dishes, breakfast staples, and modern brunch cuisine
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• EU work authorization or valid right to work in Greece
Desirable Qualifications
• Experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment
• Familiarity with allergen awareness and HACCP standards
• Previous experience working in a seasonal island destination
