Full-Time | Year-Round Position
Mykonos Sailing is seeking a dynamic and organized Reservations & Back Office Manager to join our team.
This is a full-year position, with physical presence required in Mykonos for six months (April–October) during the operational season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing yacht reservations and booking systems
• Handling client communication (email & phone)
• Coordinating schedules with captains and operations team
• Issuing invoices, processing payments & monitoring deposits
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
• Supporting daily back-office operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in reservations, tourism, hospitality or yachting industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Computer literacy (email, booking systems, basic office tools)
