Waiter — Pūblico Restaurant & Mezcaleria | Mykonos

We are looking for an energetic and service-driven waiter to join the Pūblico team for the 2026 season.

Pūblico is Mykonos Town’s authentic Mexican restaurant and mezcal bar — a high-energy, atmosphere-first venue known for bold flavours, premium cocktails, and exceptional guest experiences.

The role:
PM shift, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM. You will be part of a fast-paced front-of-house team delivering warm, attentive service in a vibrant, guest-focused environment.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Confidence working a busy floor under pressure
